With PM Modi’s Blessings, BJP Set for Big Win in Bihar: CM Dr. Manik Saha People want development, not jungle raaj, says Tripura Chief Minister during Bihar visit
Tripura Chief Minister Prof. (Dr.) Manik Saha has expressed strong confidence in the Bharatiya Janata Party’s (BJP) victory in the upcoming Bihar Assembly elections, asserting that people in the state have rejected the era of “jungle raaj” and are now united for development under the leadership of Prime Minister Narendra Modi. Addressing a massive public rally organized to mark the nomination filing of BJP candidates from the Ramnagar and Bagaha constituencies, Dr. Saha said that the overwhelming crowd reflected the public’s trust in the BJP’s vision of progress. The candidates will win with massive votes, and the crowd itself is speaking. Bihar will witness excellent results in the upcoming election. People want development, which only BJP can provide,” Dr. Saha stated. He highlighted that elections for Bihar’s 243 assembly seats will be held in two phases on November 6 and 11, while the results will be declared on November 14. “With Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s blessings, we already know what will happen on November 14—BJP will emerge victorious,” he added confidently. Referring to the historical significance of Champaran, where Mahatma Gandhi launched the Satyagraha Movement, Dr. Saha said, “This is a land of inspiration for the entire nation. I took blessings from Tripura Sundari Maa before coming here so that BJP wins all nine seats in Champaran.” Sharing his personal connection with Bihar, Dr. Saha mentioned, “I studied for five years at Patna Dental College, and it feels like home here. Bihar is the soul of India—many talents come from this land.” The Chief Minister also drew parallels between the transformation of Tripura and Bihar under BJP rule. “Tripura was once plagued by terrorism and unrest. Under PM Modi’s leadership, we overcame the CPIM regime, and now Tripura is free from terrorism. Similarly, Bihar too has come out of the dark days of jungle raaj.” Highlighting the HIRA model—Highways, Internet, Railways, and Airways—Dr. Saha said that Tripura’s development journey stands as an example of PM Modi’s vision. “Farmers in Bihar are also reaping the benefits of central schemes. Bihar has seen remarkable development in recent years, and this progress must continue to make India a Viksit Bharat by 2047,” he said. Concluding his address, Dr. Saha urged voters to support BJP candidates wholeheartedly. “The guarantee of development lies only with BJP. Everyone should go early in the morning on voting day and cast their votes for our BJP candidates to ensure a bright and developed Bihar.”
