TB Will Lose, the Nation Will Win”: Tripura Moves Ahead in the Prime Minister’s TB-Free India Mission

NEBT News Desk, Fatikroy: On the occasion of Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s birthday today, a special initiative was undertaken in Fatikroy as part of the “Seva Pakhwada” (Fortnight of Service) programme to build a TB-free India. In the Fatikroy Assembly Constituency, all tuberculosis (TB) patients were provided with food baskets containing protein-rich nutritious items by MLA and Minister Sudhanshu Das. At the same time, he also took responsibility for supporting these patients for the next six months. Minister Sudhanshu Das stated that he feels proud and delighted to join as a Ni-Kshay Mitra to help realize the dream of Prime Minister Narendra Modi in building a TB-free India. In Tripura, keeping the Prime Minister’s message “TB will lose, the nation will win” at the forefront, such initiatives are expected to strengthen medical treatment and nutritional support for TB patients, he added.
