Ravana Effigy Burning to Mark Vijaya Dashami at 6 Agartala

Agartala, Oct 1, 2025: On the occasion of Vijaya Dashami, a 40-foot tall effigy of Ravana will be set ablaze at the Basic Training College ground in 6 Agartala. The event is being organized by Kumaritilla Barnali Sangha Club with the support of social worker and BJP co-convenor, Papia Datta. To ensure the program’s smooth execution, Papia Datta, regarded as the guardian figure of 6 Agartala, along with the club authorities, inspected the final preparations at the venue.
