Tripura Chief Minister has expressed profound sorrow over the untimely demise of Dipanwita Pal, a Class II student of Khudiram Bose English Medium School. The Chief Minister visited the family residence at Jogendranagar today and conveyed his heartfelt condolences to the grieving family members. He described the loss of an innocent child as truly heartbreaking and painful. He stated that while Dipanwita was admitted at GBP Hospital, his office had been in constant touch with the attending doctors regarding her treatment. Despite the best efforts of the medical team, she could not be saved. The Chief Minister informed that he has directed the District Magistrate and the Director of the Education Department to conduct a thorough investigation into the incident. Appropriate action will be taken based on the investigation report. The state government will stand by the bereaved family and extend all possible support during this difficult time, he assured.
