CM Saha Awards CM-SATH Scholarships to Meritorious Students in Agartala

Chief Minister Dr. Manik Saha said that the state government is committed to providing quality education to students. He emphasized that financial constraints should not stand in the way of talented students pursuing higher studies, and the government has taken several initiatives to support them. At an event held today at Rabindra Shatabarshiki Bhavan in Agartala, organized by the School Education Department, the Chief Minister distributed the Chief Minister’s Scholarship for Achievers Towards Higher Learning (CM-SATH) to students. Under this scheme, 200 meritorious students who passed their Madhyamik and Higher Secondary examinations will receive a scholarship of ₹60,000 each. The initiative aims to encourage higher learning and ensure that deserving students get the financial support they need to continue their education.
