NEBT News Desk | Agartala | 8th September CM Manik Saha Inaugurates 14 Projects, Lays Foundation for Five More in Tripura Chief Minister Prof. (Dr.) Manik Saha on Monday inaugurated 14 development projects and laid the foundation stone for five others, including a 100-seated working women’s hostel and a 50-seated boys’ hostel of DIET, virtually from Rabindra Satabarshiki Bhavan. Addressing the event, Dr. Saha highlighted that the state government is prioritizing infrastructure growth to ensure long-term progress. He noted that the state budget has been increased, underscoring that without proper infrastructure, citizens may face challenges in the future. “The present government is committed to overall development, including initiatives for women and children,” Dr. Saha stated. The event was also attended by Social Welfare and Social Education Minister Tinku Roy, Secretary Tapas Roy, Director Tapan Kumar Das, and other dignitaries.
